To celebrate Neighbourhood Centre Week 2011, the Lower Mountains Neighbourhood Centre (LMNC) is holding a community legal education forum in partnership with the Elizabeth Evatt Community Legal Centre on ‘Elder Law Issues:  Making decisions that will work for you’.
