‘Women Living Well’ – understanding and managing the impacts of depression

The Blue Mountains Women’s Health Centre is bringing this 7-week program to the Lower Mountains Neighbourhood Centre starting on Thursday 30 July, 10 am to 12 noon. 

This is a holistic program specifically for women for understanding and managing the impacts of depression, using creative art-based activities as well as education, information and sharing.  No artistic ability is necessary. Details are as follows, or you can download the attached flyer below: 

When:          Thursdays 10 am – 12 noon

Dates:          Starting Thursday 30 July for 7 weeks, finishing on Thursday 10 September.

 

Where:         Lower Mountains Neighbourhood Centre
(Meeting Room A, Blaxland Community Complex)
33 Hope Street, Blaxland (next door to the Library)
 

Cost:            $15 for entire program, including all art materials. 

Bookings:     Bookings essential.  Phone 4739 1164 to register.                   

Blue Mountains Women’s Health Centre staff will contact those who have registered for a chat prior to the program start date.

The Blue Mountains Women’s Health Centre and the Lower Mountains Neighbourhood Centre,
supported by Lower Mountains Family Support Services, and
Springwood and Winmalee Neighbourhood Centres.
